Hi friends, and welcome, newcomers! This week, my friend Barb and I enjoyed another glorious ocean swim in Cape May, New Jersey, an annual reunion during which we celebrated 63 years of friendship and swimming. We swam for our first team as six-and-unders (girls, of course) — in Blue Bell, PA. Here’s my previous story about swimming, long friendships, and her remarkable recovery from a violent assault:
