How many “men are competing as women”?

Now do actual pedophiles. You can start with that Epstein list, and vent your rage at them.

The NWSL needs to get their shit together. Like if they didn’t learn from the Yates report. No males and women’s soccer the fuck.

No one with a Y chromosome should compete in the women's category, even with CAIS.

Terrific compendium. I have restacked, and will also be saving this, along with so many others of your pieces, for future reference.

As for the names of women whose records were restored because Lia Thomas was illegitimately given credit:

Anna Kalandadze: Her record in the 500-meter freestyle has been reinstated.

Virginia Burns: Her record in the 200-meter freestyle has been reinstated.

Kayla Fu: Her record in the 100-meter freestyle has been reinstated.

From my perspective, it's virtually certain that the USSC will rule for ID and WV next term and permit state laws banning males from girls' high school sports.

The more interesting question is if they make a more activist decision and issue a ruling that any state law that allows males in women's sports is a violation of Title IX and the 14th Amendment, essentially invalidating all the blue state laws and policies that allow males in women's sports. Time will tell!

Yes, and amicus briefs might help the Supreme Court rule that any states allowing boys to compete "as girls" violates Title IX. And good lawyers. Who knows - The Supremes could also decide that only women get to count as women, like the UK Supreme Court did. Now THAT would be a landmark decision, having far-reaching consequences, beyond sports.
